Demetris is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Centaur Trust Group. He studied in the UK and is the holder of a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy and an MSc degree in Financial Markets & Derivatives. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, as well as, a member of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Cyprus Investment Funds Association. He has also recently obtained an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge. Further, he is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft CRM specialist as well. He has over 20 years of experience in running successful businesses and has been a guest speaker in many conferences throughout Europe. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors in several international and reputable companies having a wide spectrum of activities ranging from oil exploration and pipeline construction, software development, movie production, aircraft navigation to land and building development.
Demetris is managing the overall operations and resources of the company and is also responsible for the strategic direction of the Group. From his capacity as the Chief People Officer, is in charge of managing the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals.
Lefki completed her studies in Cyprus as a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in the UK. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and has developed an extensive range of skills. Prior to joining Centaur Trust, she held the position of Chief Accounting Officer of a reputable, listed group of companies.
Lefki joined Centaur Trust in 2008, and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the group.

Prodromos completed his studies in Greece and is a holder of a BA degree in Economics and is also a member of STEP. Following his studies, he joined the Tax Department of Deloitte in Cyprus where he was responsible for a broad range of clients’ Corporate and Personal tax affairs, working his way up to Supervisor level. He later moved into the Corporate Services arena joining an established regulated provider (FBS Group) as a Manager being responsible for a broad international client base. Over duration, he progressed to Director level being responsible for many of the company’s activities and high net worth clients.
Prodromos joined Centaur Trust Group in October 2016 and is currently the Alternate Compliance Officer of the group.
Elena is a holder of a BSc(Hons) degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management Science from the University of Cyprus, and an MSc degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behavior from CIIM Business School. She is also a full member of the Cyprus Human Resource Management Association (CyHRMA) since 2013.
Elena joined Centaur Trust in 2008 and has over 12 years of experience in corporate and business advisory services as well as the management of human resources, more actively involved in the recruitment and on boarding processes. She has served several companies throughout their business lifecycle, and has extensive business knowledge and compliance know-how. Elena is currently a team leader in the Corporate & Business Advisory department and the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the group.

Valentina is a holder of a BA degree in Accounting from the European University Cyprus and is also a qualified Certified Accountant (ACCA).
She joined Centaur Trust in 2008, and has over 12 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Valentina is currently the Head of the Accounting Department and also the Group Financial Controller.
Andreas is a holder of a BSc degree in Accounting & Finance from the Business School of the University of Warwick (UK). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) since 2010 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC) since 2011. He began his career as an external auditor working for KPMG in Cyprus and was engaged in a diverse array of client assignments, both in Cyprus and abroad. He was also involved in a number of due diligence and IPO projects for the listing of large, multinational group of companies in the London and Warsaw Stock Exchanges.
Andreas joined Centaur Trust in 2013 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer.
